We start with a small portion of moules frites, perfectly seasoned and served with crispy fries. Then comes the highlight of the evening – ½ lobster with classic accompaniments. The finale is a generous seafood platter with crayfish, fresh shrimp, and crab.
This is served with freshly baked bread, aioli, maître d'hôtel sauce, salsa, and chili mayonnaise – flavors that elevate the seafood to perfection. To complete the experience, the meal includes a tasting of three carefully selected wines, perfectly matched to each course by our sommelier Göran Stenberg.
