The connection to the glassworks is strong and the glass runs like a red thread through the entire hotel and also through the spa department. Treat yourself to one of the award-winning signature treatments with heated glass directly against the body or take a dip in the large indoor pool and experience a unique glass exhibition - underwater.
Unwind from everyday stress with a day spa & treat yourself to a spa package with a full or half day of rest. Let our spa therapists pamper you! We have day spa packages with spa entrance only (which includes access to pools, relaxation, sauna, gym & free training sessions) or day spa packages that also include spa treatment.

An explosion of colour, form and glass
Seven of Kosta Boda's world-renowned designers were given the opportunity to design the Kosta Boda Art Hotel. The result was an explosion of color, shape and a sparkling tribute to Swedish art glass! The hotel is decorated with art glass by Kosta Boda's famous glass designers. The hotel has permanent glass installations, as well as temporary glass exhibitions. The designers have participated in the design of the various parts of the hotel and are also represented with each hotel corridor, where they left their unique mark with art glass and designed textiles in each hotel room. Here at the hotel there is glass art to the value of 50 million kroner and everything is for sale. A specially designed glass gift awaits all our guests in the room.
Restaurants
Kosta Boda Art Hotel has two restaurants that offer fantastic meals: the à la carte restaurant Linnéa Art Restaurant and the Glasbaren.
Linnéa Art Restaurant serves breakfast buffet, lunch and à la carte - every day! One part of Linnéa Art Restaurant is designed by Ulrica Hydman Vallien and the other is decorated by famous glass artists from Kosta Glasbruk. Linnéa Art Restaurant is a place that offers experiences for all the senses! The restaurant serves a generous breakfast buffet every day, a popular lunch menu and in the evening an à la carte menu that is inspired by the forest, lakes and meadows of Småland. During Christmas time, the Christmas table is set with delicious delicacies.
A fantastic underwater environment – made of glass
In the Glasbaren you find yourself in a fantastic underwater environment - made of glass! Sit down on a heated and illuminated glass chair at the 3.5 tonne cobalt blue glass bar. The hotel's natural focal point where the 3.5 tonne cobalt blue glass bar takes center stage. Kosta Boda's designer Kjell Engman has created a unique environment with glass fish swimming in water, table lamps created like large bottles and beautiful glass stalactites hanging sparkling from the ceiling. Here you sit down on a heated and illuminated glass chair while you enjoy a drink in one of Orrefor's beautiful crystal glasses and order a piece of food from the bar menu. From glassblowing in the cabin to pentathlon at Vildmarkscampen or a visit to Kosta Safaripark.
