Drive through the park in your own car between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM and experience the safari after regular closing time.
The darkness, the forest, and the subdued lighting create an exciting and unique safari experience,
where the animals may come very close.

Safari - Into the Dark
A night among the wild.
When darkness falls over Kosta Safaripark, the adventure begins. Join us on a guided night safari and discover the park's animals with binoculars. After the tour, your unique glass house awaits in the middle of the park, where you can enjoy the evening's packed lunch and fall asleep with nature right outside the glass. As the morning dawns, a breakfast bag awaits as the safari park slowly comes to life.
When the last visitor has left Kosta Safaripark and darkness descends over the forest, a completely different experience begins. Safari Into the Dark takes you beyond the usual safari experience. You spend the night in one of our exclusive glass houses, in the middle of Kosta Safaripark, surrounded by forest, silence and the park's wild animals. When the day turns to evening and darkness falls, you set out with a guide on a guided evening safari through the park. In the dark, both nature and the experience change. With the help of night vision binoculars, you get the opportunity to discover the animals in a completely new way and follow life in the park after sunset. Look out for elk and red deer between the trees, mighty bison in the dark or the park's fallow deer, mouflon and wild boar. When visibility is limited and the forest is enveloped in darkness, every sound, movement and shadow becomes part of the experience. After the night's safari, you return to your glass house. Here you can settle down with the evening's packed lunch and continue to look out over the park with night vision binoculars - directly from your accommodation. Then all that remains is to curl up for the night with nature just outside the glass. When the morning light returns, a breakfast bag awaits you to enjoy in the glasshouse while Kosta Safaripark slowly comes to life around you.
