BookInformation
The story of Weeping Willows began back in 1994 when the band was formed. However, their first official single, entitled “Broken Promise Land,” was not released until the summer of 1997. A few months later, their debut album of the same name was released, and it has since become a Swedish pop classic that has been released in several different
versions and editions. Today, Weeping Willows is one of Sweden's most experienced, established, and beloved pop bands.
With one of Sweden's absolute best voices, Magnus Carlson leads the band through an emotionally charged musical landscape where melancholy meets grand melodies. The audience is treated to both beloved favorites and new material that shows how Weeping Willows, more than three decades into their career, are still developing their sound and continuing to touch a wide audience.
