Craft Arena Wellness Day

On September 25, we invite you to a holistic experience at Craft Arena, where we combine knowledge, training, and community to boost both body and mind.

We start the morning with a gathering and breakfast before presenting the day's schedule and meeting the Kosta Crew. During the day, you will enjoy inspiring lectures on motivation, lifestyle changes, and successful nutrition—interspersed with sweaty and fun workouts. Try circuit training with a focus on strength, find calm in yoga, get your heart rate up, and finish with dance filled with energy and joy. The day will hopefully end with new motivation, new knowledge, and a wonderful feeling in your body.
