Welcome to an inspiring day filled with movement, energy and the joy of training! The day begins with breakfast and a presentation before you get to try a varied program together with our inspiring instructors.
Challenge yourself with an energetic Powermix session, improve your mobility and take part in an inspiring lecture with Emelie Elmes. After a delicious lunch, the day continues with heart-pumping Tabata and ends with wonderful Zumba together with Maggan Jatta.
Whether you are a beginner or train regularly, a day filled with community, motivation and the joy of movement awaits you - where you leave with new energy and inspiration.
