We're an elite sports club that also caters for recreational athletes. This means that we have people who train at all different levels together and are inspired by each other under the same roof. We are affiliated to the Swedish Muaythai Federation.
Muaythai/thaiboxing is the national sport of Thailand. it is a full contact sport with a long history and a lot of tradition. It is not only an effective fighting system but also a fun, challenging and effective form of exercise. Whether you want to get in the best shape of your life or dream of stepping into the ring and fighting yourself, Muay Thai is the training for you. In Muay Thai we use the whole body; boxing, kicking, knees, elbows and clinch. You develop strength, agility, fitness, explosiveness and also a mental strength that is hard to beat.
Johan has over 30 years of experience from fighting, martial arts and training. He started training at the age of 6, at the age of 18 Johan moved to China where he spent 4 years of 8 hours training per day with the Shaolin monks. After his time in China, Johan immersed himself in Muaythai in Thailand where he has had 19 professional matches. A serious neck surgery put an end to further competition but opened the door for a new chapter as a coach and trainer.
He has trained and coached several Swedish champions both on the junior and senior side. With his experience from the highest level, both with national teams and professional fighters, you are in good hands with us.
We put a great focus on our competing athletes and aim to maintain a high quality of all our fighters. It is ONLY Team members or personally invited by the head coach who are entitled to participate in the sessions called ‘Fighters Only’ on the schedule.
